Was using git clone to acquire the release code, but oper.io now offers
a tarball download endpoint (oper.io/pub). Now we download the source
tarball via the ports source array. This enables source md5sum
validation.

* Removed all Packager fields (this field is deprecated and will go away
in Crux 3.3)
* Updated all Maintainer fields to correctly reflect the maintainer in
this repo (me)
* Fixed some spacing issues so values are all lined up
* Fixed some email syntax differences

Changed conditional mkdir and explicit chmod to use 'install -D -m 755'.

Also included footprint file (why was this not here before?).
