4 This program, upwgen, generates random internationalized (UTF-8) passwords of
5 the specified length.

7 Note that it is likely that not all characters will be supported by your
8 terminal font. Regardless, most softwares offer font fallback to render the
9 maximum number of characters possible. Even if your font cannot render the
10 characters, copy and paste will probably still work.
